The Eighth Asia-Pacific International Symposium on Combustion and Energy Utilization (8th APISCEU); Zapolarye Sanatorium, Sochi Scientific-Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Sochi, Russian Federation, October 10-12, 2006; The 8th APISCEU will be jointly organized by the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Combustion Institute, Sochi Scientific-Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Applied Mechanics, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. APISCEU provides a forum for discussion and for presentation of research papers on combustion science and technology. Scientists and practicing engineers interested in combustion and energy utilization are invited to attend and participate in this biennial event.
